The 79th annual fair features midway rides for the whole family, Tiger Encounter show, live music, A Triple C Farm Party petting zoo, Magicman TJ Hill, animal barns, Ember Fire Arts (Tuesday – Thursday), Contortion & Danger Show (Friday – Saturday), exhibits, vendors and favorite fair food.
Entertainment highlights: The Weejam Band (6:30pm Tuesday); Son of a Preacher (6pm Wednesday); Senior Fun Night & Southern Gospel Program (4:30-9pm Thursday); Vintage Cross (6:30pm Friday); Miss Chowan County Regional Fair Pageant (6pm Saturday)
Admission is $8, $6 online before Sept. 23, and free for kids under 36″ tall.
Unlimited ride wristbands (for riders 36″ & taller) are $25 on site and $22 in advance. A Family 4 Pack (2 adult/2 child admissions/ride wristbands) is $100 in advance. Ride tickets are also available on the midway.

Fair hours are 4-11pm Tuesday – Friday and 11am-midnight Saturday.
