 The power went out near the end of JUSTIN BIEBER'S show at the Apollo Theater in Harlem on Monday night . . . but he continued performing with help from the fans.

JUSTIN BIEBER will make a guest appearance on WILL.I.AM'S next album "#WillPower".  Other guests include:  LMFAO, NE-YO and NICOLE SCHERZINGER. 

PINK has revealed the title of her next single, and it has a naughty name.  Sort of.

--It's called "Blow Me (One Last Kiss)" . . . with the "one last kiss" part in parentheses.  She announced it in a video on her website, PinksPage.com.

--The single will be released on July 9th.  It's off her new album, which is coming out sometime this year.

A 71-year-old man in Michigan is graduating this month from college -- for the 29th time -- and is now pursuing his 30th. OVERACHIEVER!!
