MILEY CYRUSwill guest star on "Two and a Half Men" this coming season.  She's playing a "love interest" for Jake, ANGUS T. JONES' character.

Miley will play "a sexy new girl in town with a comedic streak."  It's unclear if this is just a one-episode thing . . . or if she'll stick around for multiple episodes.

CREED singer SCOTT STAPP is putting out a "tell-all memoir" called "Sinner's Creed" on October 2nd.  He will regale us with tales of "his suicide attempts, alcohol-induced rampages and intimate details about his abusive childhood." 

TAYLOR SWIFT HAS ANNOUNCED HER NEXT ABLUM, WHICH DROPS OCT. 22 WILL BE CALLED “RED”.

So why the Red title?

"When I was coming up with the name for this album it seemed crazy because it was really simple," Swift said. "I wrote a song called 'Red' and thinking about what that song means to me and all the different emotions on this album they're all pretty much about the tumultuous, crazy, insane, intense, semi-toxic relationships I've experienced in the last two years and all those emotions fanning from intense love, intense frustration, intense jealousy, confusion, all of that in my mind, all those emotions are red. There's nothing in between, there's nothing beige about those feelings and so I called my record that."

Swift also revealed that there will be 16 songs on Red, not including bonus tracks, and that per usual, her great inspiration for her songwriting is love.

Merriam-Webster has announced some of the new additions to their "Collegiate Dictionary".  And wow, English is struggling.  Some of the words being added are energy drink, man cave, mash-up, sexting, bucket list, and e-reader .

#12.)  On Sunday, the 51-year-old founder of CROCS was arrested for driving drunk in his Porsche.  When the cops questioned him, he said HE wasn't driving drunk, it was his girlfriend . . . TAYLOR SWIFT.  She's NOT his girlfriend . . . we're guessing he's never even met her . . . and he was arrested for drunk driving.  (Full Story)

#13.)  On Thursday, in Norway, a 31-year-old woman stole a 42-inch TV from a store . . . by shoving it up her skirt and SQUEEZING IT BETWEEN HER THIGHS.  She actually managed to waddle out of the store like that, but cops caught her as she was getting on a bus.  She told them she had, quote, "very strong thigh muscles."
