CHRIS BROWN and DRAKE have been offered $1 million each to settle their differences in the boxing ring.  Not that they ever would.

--But the offer is on the table courtesy of the Celebrity Boxing Foundation . . . the shady organization that offers "quality" fights involving "celebrities" like MICHAEL LOHAN, JOSE CANSECO and the OCTOMOM.

--The promoter says, quote, "Obviously they have a grudge.  It's just three 1-minute rounds.  No one will get seriously hurt."  Who would your money be on?

A big music and sports memorabilia auction went down earlier this week.  Here's a rundown of a few things that were on the block, and how much they sold for:

--MICHAEL JACKSON'S handwritten lyrics for "Billie Jean" sold for $40,625 . . . Michael's 1984 Video Music Award sold for $50,000 . . . and a pair of black loafers signed by Michael went for $18,750.

--A negligee worn by Madonna during her Blonde Ambition tour sold for $34,375 .

A dress that Whitney Houston once wore to the Grammys sold for $20,480 . . . and a jumpsuit she performed in went for $10,240.
